How payment works
Seats are held once we confirm your email. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer before the session, or in cash on arrival for Open Cord Evening. Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice receive a full transfer to another date within two months. Later cancellations forfeit the materials portion (€18–€30 depending on format).
Private sessions for two adults use the workshop price plus a €40 room fee. Workplace groups of up to eight are quoted after we know the preferred format. Gift vouchers are available in €68 and €95 denominations and remain valid for twelve months from purchase.
Commission quotes depend on width, knot density, and fringe length. We share a written estimate before ordering specialised cord colours. Shipping within Luxembourg and neighbouring regions can be arranged; most clients collect finished pieces during Thursday–Saturday hours.
