Terms of use
These terms govern use of the website aspectseffacing.cfd and attendance at workshops operated by Aspects Effacing Macramé at 12 Rue Aldringen, L-1118 Luxembourg. By booking a seat or using this site, you agree to these conditions under Luxembourg law.
Services
We offer adult macramé craft workshops, open cord evenings, materials sales when stock allows, and custom hangings by quote. Descriptions on this site are informational; confirmed bookings control dates, prices, and included materials.
Bookings and payment
A seat is reserved when we confirm by email. Prices are listed in euro on the pricing page. Payment methods include card, bank transfer, or cash for certain formats as agreed. Late cancellation rules appear on the pricing page and form part of these terms once you book.
Workshop conduct
Participants must be adults. Follow safety guidance for scissors and shared tools. Treat other makers and the room with respect. We may refuse or end a session without refund if behaviour endangers others or damages equipment beyond normal craft use.
Handmade results
Handmade pieces vary. We teach technique; we do not guarantee identical outcomes across participants. Commissions are accepted only after a written estimate. Delivery timelines for commissions are estimates, not strict guarantees, unless stated in writing.
Intellectual property
Site text, photographs, and brand presentation belong to Aspects Effacing Macramé or their licensors. You may not copy workshop curricula for commercial teaching without permission. You own the physical piece you make in class.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Luxembourg consumer law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use or workshop attendance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Courts of Luxembourg City have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you reside elsewhere in the EU.
